Okay, along with a few other women that I know, I'm a little obsessed with the vampire in these books. Traditionally, vampires are supposed to scare people and not the opposite. I read the first two books (400-500 pages each) in about 4 days. The extremely romantic, gorgeous and myterious vampire makes husbands (and humans for that matter) look really bad. I guess I wish I had a vampire of my own so I think I'll have to dress Aaron up as a vampire for Halloween. Maybe that will appease me. I am counting down the days until "Eclipse" comes out!

I too enjoyed Twilight. Which surprises me b/c a few times I was like, "This is so stupid. Vampires are totally not real and this could NEVER happen". But I couldn't put it down.
I'm on a waiting list at my library for New Moon. Can't wait to read it since I got sucked in by reading the first chapter at the end of Twilight. Duh.
PS. Spencer HATES it when I find a good book. Something about neglecting him or whatever.
OOohhh... New Moon is kind of depressing but it gets better towards the end. That's funny about Spencer because Aaron was telling our friends just last night when I dogged out on playing games with them to read my book that he wants his wife back. We'll he'll have me back, but only until August when the third one comes out.

Did your dad tell you that I let him borrow "Twilight" from me. I was telling him how good it was when he was here in early April for Jenny's baptism. I bought both books and have pre-ordered Eclipse. I think they are fun books to have around he house. Dave read both books and really liked them too. He said they were interesting...I'm like, "interesting?", try more like extremely exciting!! Ask your dad how he liked it. I need to remember to have him bring it to the reunion with him so I can read it again before August.
Seriously, talk about crushes on fictional characters...I'm right there with you.
I, and many of my friends here in UT, are also obsessed with the Twilight series and Edward Cullen especially. We all have our favorite picks of what actor could be him in a movie.
We're all nuts!
