Ouch! You're lucky that kid didn't lose his eye!

He actually hit his cheek. But, the most convenient place for the blood to drain was into his eye socket. It's a good thing that he didn't break his cheek bone though!

Don't you love when they run with hands in their pockets? With mine it's either hands in pockets holding onto his quarters(which he steals from dad) or he's got so much stuff in his hands that he just can't catch himself. At least you didn't have to pay a doctor to check him out huh? That's gotta be nice...

Did blood really drain from his eye! Eeeekk! It looks so bad. Was Aaron there when it happened? Did he let you ice it and give him medicine? IT always gets worse days later. Sorry to hear about the accident. At first when I read it I thought you said he had his hand in a socket (electric outlet).

Oh man! Poor guy! That's a doozy of a shiner. I'm so glad it wasn't worse. I'm always thanking Heavenly Father at times like that when I realize, "whoa! That could have been a LOT worse!" I agree with Bri though...how awesome to have a doctor closeby for things like that! You're a lucky gal! :)

Wow..that is amazing. It looks like that makeup that someone did in your apartment for some class when we were freshman. Did I just make up that memory? Don't you just love little boys!

No, Danielle and I were in a theater make-up class. One day we had to paint on blood and guts for a disaster day. We got to make glass shards coming out of people's faces and stuff. It was really fun!
