In efforts to make my wild boys look like genious children in primary and nursery, I'm looking for LDS Book of Mormon/Bible stories on DVD. Does anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone heard of have any of the ones produced by "Liken the Scriptures"?

I think ours are by Living Scriptures. We love them, Jake's favorites are Promised Land and Tree of Life. We even like watching them! You will love them, good Sunday flicks.
haha...no I don't have any suggestions but when Trav and I taught the sunbeams class we would sometimes play like 5 minutes of a living scriptures video they had in the library (not entirely sure we were supposed to do that...but try getting the attention of ten 3 year olds), and all the kids parents thought WE were genius teachers because their thee-year-olds would come home asking about Nephi.
Meg,
Liken the Scripture videos are GREAT! Although your two may be a bit young to appreciate them or like them. Maybe Wes, but I'd they are great! I think I have 5 and the older kids like them. Sophie is more into In Living Scriptures.
We have the Book of Mormon reader DVD that is put out by the church (at church distribution). They are basically pictures with someone narrating the story, but Tommy really likes them. They have them for the Old and New Testaments as well.
We have several of the "Liken the Scriptures" DVD's and our kids all really enjoy them. They're funny, they teach great stories, and they all have fun songs.
im mormon too =]
I really like the Junior's Giants DVDs. Have you seen those? They aren't BOM movies, but they are cute shows with morals and are put out by LDS people. You can get them at Deseret Book or online. We have the green one and the red one and my kids love them. :)
